I'm trained as a Holistic Doctor of Chiropractic, Drug-Free Health Care provider. My Private Practice includes services such as Personal Designed Clinical Nutrition, Non-Force Chiropractic, Cranio-Sacral therapy, Body Work, (energy, balance, healing),Yoga (private and group), Meditation, Stress Relief, and Personal Training. I'm subject matter expert for NFPT. I help people all ages get, be and stay healthy from the inside out.
My toolbox is BIG. My background has been interesting and diverse. It keeps me humble and on my toes.
My gifts and talents include ability to induce spontaneous laughter, healing in itself, a pair of healing hands, teaching, and the Art of Living in a Body as well as how to listen to and care for it well.
I've been actively involved in Meditation have taught since the late 1970's. I have been practicing with my hands since I can remember, and officially licensed as a Doctor since December 1993.
I am passionate about health and communication through teaching and helping everyone including myself, to be the BEST we can be. It's my mission to participate to help the world to be a MUCH BETTER PLACE. This has always been my dream.
I help administrate @ the movingintostillness community (my favorite community on the planet) which expands to include more awesome people worldwide continually.
My websites are Simply Being and Health Shines tm ... sometime (soon).... BOTH will be up and running independently.
I'm here to learn, teach and provide love and assistance both near and far. LOVE... beaming and streaming, Always, Dr Rona.:) xo
